Shipping and Delivery Policy

For customer living in Metros and Tier-1 cities products will get delivered within 7-10 working days, and for the rest of India they make take up-to 15 working days.

• We at this point, deliver our products only within India.
• All orders placed on Kala Niketan are dispatched through our courier partners such as Xpress Bees, Delhivery, Ecom Express Etc.
• Actual delivery time is based on availability of product, characteristics (weight, type & size) of product, weather condition and address where product is to be delivered and courier company's rules.

Delivery is likely to be impacted due to the COVID-19 precautionary measures undertaken. There could be a possible delay of 24-72 hours in delivery. We regret for this inconvenience.
